Raveela
I am H1 holder. My daughter is on H4 and now she is 17 years old completeing high school.if she continue her studies till she attain 20 years and request for change of status to F1 when she is US. Does she need stamping on passport? If yes is there a possibility for rejection considering she is living in US during status change. Edited October 20, 2019 by Raveela Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The visa in the passport is an entry document. A person changing status in the US doesn't need a visa. The I-94 determines the status and the allowed stay in the US. Quote Link to comment
