USCIS appears to have approved the L-1A portion of the petition, but denied the extension of status. In the meantime, you and your family members have existing I-94s that are valid to December 14, 2019, so you are authorized to continue to live and work in the US and your family members are authorized to continue to remain in the US at this time and we will be able to provide additional updates and guidance this afternoon. heard anything like this before ? what does this mean ?
