Nansc
Hi, I need some help regarding how the H1B grace period can be used? Is it once per H1B petition/once per employer or once in lifetime? Last time when I switched employers I had to use about 45 days of grace period and then switched to a new employer after 45 days of quitting. Now I'm in a situation, where I might have to take the 60 grace period again as I'm switching to a different employer. Please advice on whether I get to take the 60 day grace period again since its a new employer. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Chai
The 60-day grace period is once per validation period, irrespective of the length of validation- 2 months or 1 year or 3 years. Edited October 10, 2019 by Chai . Quote Link to comment
