Can I apply H1B again ?

Hello Everyone ,

I have applied for H1B Amendment + Extension in 2018 and My I 94 was expired on 28 Feb 2019.My H1B got denied in July 2019.

I have also applied Family Based AOS (I 485) before my I 94 expire and I am on my I 485 pending Status .

 

Since my I 94 expired in Feb and I am on I 485 pending status . Can I apply for H1B again ?
