Working both in school and at a company during CPT (summer semester)

I was wondering if working both in school and at a company is allowed during the summer (so not in regular school semesters).

At school I'll be working less than 40 hours and for working at a company, it is a full-time summer internship under CPT.

I was worried if working both in school and also outside of school for a company using CPT during the summer would cause problems when applying for opt when I graduate.

Generally, CPT is a red flag. Use pre-completion OPT.
