It is H1B individual My overall stay duration is 27 months in US. I am in India now. The recent return date from US to India is Jan 2018. My visa validity is overall Jan 2019. I would like to process my cap exemption from US from a different Employer - Is it feasible? Since my initial petition is approved in 2008, Will I be able to do the cap exemption now?
