We have applied for AOS in July 2019, and have applied for the I131 and EAD for myself, wife and son, but have not yet received it. I have applied for an H1 extension since H1 expires in 2 weeks. Does my wife need to apply for H4 extension, or can she stay in the US since we have the 485 reciept? My son is on F1 status. Thanks Quote Link to comment
