Chuly Posted August 30, 2019 Report Share Posted August 30, 2019 I currently live in the USA, holding H1b visa, and my spouse (green card holder) filed I-130 for me. My priority date is June 2019. As the priority date has reached, and the final action date is current for F2A, I am wondering if I should file I-485, I-765 and I-131 although my I-130 is still pending. If I file I-485 now, will that change I-130 processing time? Will I receive the combo card after filing I-485 while my I-130 is still pending? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
care_candidate Posted September 3, 2019 Report Share Posted September 3, 2019 As your PD has become current, you are eligible to apply for I-485. It doesn't matter what stage you I-130 is at this point. Even if I-130 application was not started, you can still apply I-130 and I-1485 (And I-765, I-131) together. Quote Link to comment
