H1B-RFE about Maintenance of Status and Full Course of Study

Hi,

I received a RFE for my H1B about Maintenance of Status and  Full Course of Study . 
You did not submit sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the beneficiary was engaged in a full course of study Therefore, additional documentation is required to establish that the beneficiary was maintaining a valid F-1 non-immigrant status  the time of filing. 
• Receipts for tuition payments made by the beneficiary to University 
(here my tuition fees was paid by my uncle how exactly I need to submit the documents.is there any problems involved submitting my uncle name in fee receipts )

Please provide your inputs if anyone has faced similar situation.
