H1 B vis approved for short term

Hi, 

I did my masters here and during my last year of OPT recently  my H1 is approved and they have approved till Jan for 3 months, I am worried of short time approval if I file extension  without a client letter will my case  has any chance of approval , when is the best time to start my extension process , is it safe to do premium during the extension. What alternate ways do we have on the decline of my Extention to stay here?

W/o client letter is hard. But as long as you can submit SOW/PO from client, it should be ok.

Short term is not an issue, you should start applying for an extension as soon as you can.

In your case best is to do premium with client letter H1B extension. Cant your employer advise you on this.
