This is my second H1B visa extension from same company. My company used job code 15-1199 for my earlier extension and my I-140 in 2016. Is there any risks associated with using this job code now? Does the IT project manager profile (involving some management and technical work) fall under specialty occupation I have heard lot of buzz regarding specialty occupation RFE but not sure what is it about?
