Shrimugan
My I-94 expired in Sept 2010 before my employer filed H1B petition. So, the USCIS approved my I-129 petition and issued I-797 B with out I-94. The delay was the mistake of the employer. So, I hired Murthy Law Firm and filed a new I-129 petition asking for a retroactive I-94. On 07/17/2011 I got the new retroactive I-94. Email me for more questions. Link to comment
