Prabu KV Posted August 2, 2019 Report Posted August 2, 2019 Hi All, I have been working as an FTE for a large healthcare firm from 2010. I have approved I-140 EB2 with PD: May 2012. In the last 9 years, I have progressed in my career and have moved from Statistician to Computer & information Systems manager. I recently got promoted to a Director Role and hence the immigration firm believes that during my extension process, they want to file for adjustment of status. We are not redoing the PERM but doing it as an "change in previously approved employment". Can you please share your thoughts on this and risk involved, if any with this?
