H1B Transfer while current Transfer is in RFE

Dear Advisers,

Please help...

• I worked for Employer A - who revoked my H1B last week; 
• joined Employer B  6 months ago - H1B transfer is in RFE, but I140 Approved; 
• Now, I am willing to join Employer C;

 

1. Can Employer C initiate a H1B Transfer for me, despite of the fact that I am currently not holding any Approved I797, but have valid I94, Stamped Visa & never Out of Status?
2. What will happen to my Approved I140 with Employer B? Will my PD change or can that be retained?

Note: I have utilized 4 years of my H1B till date.
