Recently my wife went for stamping and got Visa till July 2022 with PED mentioned till Sep 2019. When she entered US she got I-94 as per PED date ie Sep 2019. My extension is filled already(premium) and is pending. So now after i get my approval or I797. Can she just re-enter US with her valid Visa and my new I797 and get her I-94 updated ? Or should we file for her extension now ?
