RAJZ Posted July 25, 2019 Report Share Posted July 25, 2019 (edited) I am currently on H1B and valid till End Of 2020 and , current employer not processing i140 after my 6 years by end of next year. Got a new job but there are 4 layers 1.End client, 2.Implementation partner, 3.Master service provider, 4.prime vendor and 5.My new employer.
