rahul86s Posted July 25, 2019 Report Posted July 25, 2019 Hi, I am on L1B visa and completing my 5 years (3+ 2 years extn) in March 2020 in USA and my I94 is also expiring at the same time. I have overall 9+ years of experience in leading geographically dispersed teams of size 10~15 and playing this role for 3+ years. My question is whether I am an eligible candidate for L1B to L1A conversion or not? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
