H1B visa stamping

Hi,

I have the valid H1B visa stamp in my passport until Dec 31st, 2019 which is with my previous employer A.

Now I've changed to some other full-time position with employer B and visa transfer got approved and got the visa up to Oct 2021.

So, If I travel to India in coming September for 3 weeks vacation, Do I need to go for stamping again?

Will there be any problem while coming back into the United States with the old visa stamp and new h1b approval document?

no need to go for stamping unless if you want to extend it, not to mention there is always a risk in appearing for stamping so advisable don't go for it. Your existing visa is good and valid till its expiration as long as you have an approved status in same category.
