checkvisa
if non-campus (like gas station ) is done during CPT by someone and if the person has given false paperwork justifying the role to Uscis at the time of H1 filling. Say 5 Years Later if this is reported to USCIS by his then non-campus employer ,will USCIS take any action now. Quote Link to comment

At first place you breached the law, second you have provided false paper work to justify it under your CPT which is another felony you have committed, under any degree program what job you think you can do at gas station permitted by the rules and guidelines?? Don't know if USCIS will take cognizance and any action or not certainly they can act on it irrespective when it occurred. Quote Link to comment
xTDx
Yes. And they should take an action. It is law of the land to follow all immigration laws. False paperwork if caught can , will and should revoke all immigration benefits. I would definitely care if my nanny falsified paperwork to be a nanny. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
There is no statute of limitation on immigration fraud. Fake CPT can and likely will come back to bite Quote Link to comment
sagi85
I'm hearing this for the first time, CPT at gas station. Why would you need CPT to work off-campus at a gas station? Any off-campus work during F1 is illegal and getting CPT for that kind of work makes the situation worse. Quote Link to comment

And it is nothing new. The TVU fraud issued CPT to work as security guard and at 7/11s. The TVU owner is serving a 16-year prison term for the fraud. Quote Link to comment
