Working from India for Short period

Hello,

 I am currently in H1 with approved I 140. I am with same employer for past 7 years, I have approved extension paper.  Now I have a situation where i am planning to work from India for 2 or 3 months .  My Company is ok with that.

Will there be any issue during re-entry or will there be any legal issues if i come back after 2 or 3 months.Pay roll will be running in US.

Please advice.
