My i140 petition processing may takes 8.5 to 11 months as per TSC time frame. My current L1A visa expires by Dec 2019 and i am planning to apply L1A extension this year and i have following queries on worst case scenarios What happens to my EB1C i140 petition, if L1A gets denied and i return to india? What i need to do , if my EB1C i140 petition gets approved after my L1A visa gets denied ? Can i proceed with consular processing from india using the approved Eb1C i140 petition with same employer Whether approved EB1C i140 will be valid in india, if i switch companies with same job roles and responsbiites? Whether new employeer in india can use the exisitng priority date of my EB1C i140 petition?
