My employer has now refused to pay any visa related fees including the legal fees. 1. Is it legal to deny to pay the fees? 2. What action should/can I take in this matter? My husband had H1b visa with I140 filed for. Assuming I get the H4 visa and I140 approval still pending, can I apply for H4 EAD? Please give us a feedback. Link to comment
