McPawan Posted July 12, 2019 Report Posted July 12, 2019 Hi - My Green card is expiring in 4 months; i haven't yet applied for Citizenship, My issue is if i apply directly for Citizenship it can take time while my GC could be expired. So just to be safe side i applied renewal for my GreenCard; however can i also apply for Citizenship right after i filed for Green Card renewal. I dont want to cause any issues filing both as same time if there is problem. Can you please suggest; applying for Citizenship and Green Card just week apart would cause problem or there is no problem? Hope to get the answer soon. Thanks for your help and assistance. Can you please confirm.
