H1B Transfer and Amendment petition

Hi, I applied my H1B transfer (No.1) to new employer on April 2018. I received an RFE asking for client letter and other documentation which was submitted on time.

There was a Title change for my position at client location from what was actually filed in petition (No.1) and For this Title change, we applied another amendment petition (No.2) (applied in premium process) which has both Title change and extension of stay request. 

I got approval for new amendment petition (No.2) (applied in premium process), while my (No.1) petition is still in process. 

In this scenario, 
Q1) will my (No.1) petition gets overwritten by the (No.2) which got approved 
Q2) Should I withdraw my (No.1) petition? 

Please guide me what my steps should be.
