Raguram Posted July 8, 2019 Report Share Posted July 8, 2019 I was applied for H1-B visa through Premium processing by the year of 2009 . Due to market situation the petitioner was unable to find a requirement and process further on visa stamping and travel. I do have a copy of my I-797B. Can you please let me know whether I can re-use this approved visa. Link to comment
