Manab1978 Posted July 4, 2019 Report Share Posted July 4, 2019 I am on F1 STEM OPT that expires mid 2020. I got H1-B approved through consular processing but did not get it stamped yet. If my employer files I-140 next month (before H1-B is stamped), will USCIS raise questions during my H1-B visa stamping/renewals? Are there going to be issues in the GC processing down the road ? FYI, I don't have future plans of switching to F-1 (or any non-immigrant) visa. Thanks in advance for your help ! Quote Link to comment
