L2 I-539 reopened for reconsideration after withdrawal ?

Hi, 

I need help to understand what should be course of action for my below situation 

My wife’s L2 extention (I-539) was in process but she had to travel back to home country due to some personal issue. my company attorney advised to withdraw I-539 after traveling back. After reaching to home country we requested for I-539 withdrawal but we got I-539 approval before withdrawal . We got approval for her EAD as well by that time. Now she got her Visa also samped. 

Today we got email that Case for I-539 that the case is reopening for reconsideration. 

Not sure, what the situation and what should be my next plan of action? 

Will her EAD will also be withdrawn?

I am in same situation, can you tell me what happened in your case. I am kind of worried and don't really know If I have to leave country.
