comp515 Posted June 22, 2019 Report Share Posted June 22, 2019 EB2 NON-concurrent filing. I-140 was initially approved and then revoked 3 years later by the USCIS. I-485 has still been pending for more than 4 years with PD current. EAD was just renewed even after the revocation of I-140 and AP is pending. My lawyer is totally puzzled on this whole situation and says my I-485 may have been too far in the process to be affected by the post approval revocation of I-140. Is this possible?
