Samyaj Posted June 20, 2019 Report Posted June 20, 2019 Hi, I submitted my application for J1 waiver based on persecution in April 2018. I got RFE in February 2019. I answered RFE in April 2019. The RFE letter said they would respond in 60 days. I see no change in status despite 60 days have been passed. I called USCIS, they escalated the inquiry. Do I have to something else? I am worried. Can anyone help me?
