avenn Posted June 20, 2019 Report Share Posted June 20, 2019 Am in Employer - Client model scenario, I started working remotely in state Y since few months with monthly visits to client site address in state X which is listed in LCA. My remote work site is not listed in LCA, but my pay stubs are generated with state Y from the date I started working remote. What are my options ? 1. continue working as is, file for amendment 2. go back to original location - file for amendment and once receipt is received start working from remote location 3. And also am due for extension with same client in 6 months, make these changes when i file for my extension ? 4. Is Regular or Premium processing better in any of the above case ? advise is greatly appreciated. Link to comment
