balagovardhan Posted June 19, 2019 Report Share Posted June 19, 2019 I have moved to another employer in US and got my latest I94 until november 2020. When my wife and daughter entered US they showed old visa and their I94 validity is August 2018. My question is, can i go to any CBP border office like sandiego and get I94 extension for my dependents by showing my latest I797 (many forums they have mentioned it is only for passport expired cases only) ?
