Indian 3 year degree i140 filed last year of h1b

Hi, my case is filed in EB3 skilled worker. I have a 3 years degree from India Bsc. I have 6 months left on H1b. I am worried about my i140 which is currently in normal processing. Below are the details do you think this will have any issues ?  Please suggest.

H - 8-a Alternate level of education required - Bachelors

9. Is foreign education equivalent acceptable - Yes

In the job description there is a mention of "Employer will accept education equivalency as determined by credentials evaluator in accordance with 8 CFR 214.2 (h) (4) (iii) (D)
