Special case of porting the Priority Date -- Please help

I have applied for I-140 withe employer A and its in process. I have an excellent offer with employer B. Now if the I-140 is approved AFTER changing to employer B, will I be able to port he priority date.

yes, you will need to attach a copy of the approved I-140 with your new I-140 application packet to port PD.

I understand that. I just need to know ifI can change employers while my I-140 is in process and still be able to port the priority date after I-140 is approved with my Ex-employer.

yes, you can change employers, I am assuming you have enough time left on your H1B and that's why

you can change jobs without the 140 approval.

you can use the current 140's PD as long as the

employer does not cancel it after your job change.

My I-140 is approved but my employer is saying that he will revoke it if I am not going to stay with him. Will this cause any problems with the porting of priority date in the future.
