pvboston Posted June 10, 2011 Report Share Posted June 10, 2011 yes, you can change employers, I am assuming you have enough time left on your H1B and that's why you can change jobs without the 140 approval. you can use the current 140's PD as long as the employer does not cancel it after your job change. My I-140 is approved but my employer is saying that he will revoke it if I am not going to stay with him. Will this cause any problems with the porting of priority date in the future. Link to comment
