prernasrk Posted June 14, 2019 Report Share Posted June 14, 2019 I was on L1b for 2.5 years. I went to India for 3 months and came back on F1 visa. After that I got my H1b in 2016. I never went to India between that. DOes my time on L1b still count towards h1b 6 years max out period ? Link to comment
