Can L2 EAD be renewed while L1 and L2 Visa Extension is in progress

Hi,

My husband's L1A ( current petition valid till Jul'19) and my L2  VISAs  extensions are filed in Apr-19. We got the receipt numbers for L1 and L2 with status as ' Case Received' . I am currently working on L2 EAD (valid till Jul'19)  and I have I94 valid till 11-Sep-2019. My spouse doesn't have I-140 .

1. Can I submit my L2 EAD renewal while  my spouse L1 and my L2 VISA extensions are in progress.

2. If yes, on what basis the validity will be given on new EAD?
