c76 Posted June 13, 2019 Report Share Posted June 13, 2019 My H1B expiry date is 28th June 2019 and my I-94 is valid until 8th July 2019 if i apply for change of status from H1B to H4 and get the receipt before 28th June 2019 then am i legally allowed to stay in US until my change of status request is approved ??
