prernasrk Posted June 12, 2019 Report Posted June 12, 2019 I’m filing my transfer for a data analyst position. I gave bachelors in information technology. Does H1B applicant need to have technical skills for a job to fall under specialty occupation ? Im going to work as a data analyst but my responsibilities would be more of providing solutions and not writing any code. Does this fall outside of specialty occupation ?
