Daulati Thakare
Hi, I used to have H1-B since 2007. July 2018 my project completed and employer did not able to renew it. . My GC priority date is March 2017. I have my 140 approval. Now I received compelling circumstantial EAD. If I start working on it, will will I able to go back to H1-B? Will that h1-B will be transfer or new H1-B? Quote Link to comment
User099
You have an approved 140, you will not be subject to the cap. Quote Link to comment
