Transfer while consular processing application in process

Hi all,

I am on OPT and my current employer filed H1-B consular processing which was picked through lottery and now pending on approval. Recently another employer (B) offered me a job and they are reluctant to wait till my current petition is approved. What would be my options for quick and smooth transition to employer B along with taking H1 petition? I really want to go work for employer B as it's a coveted job, please help !

You would have to start working on the H1 for the original employer before a transfer is possible.
