Raju Thapaliya Posted June 8, 2019 Report Posted June 8, 2019 I am currently on cap gap period. I have applied for opt extension which is pending. I got approved for h1b just for one month. I am really worried. If extension gets denied I will be out of status. What are the options here? Can I apply for change of status to f1? Can I withdraw h1b and continue on opt?
