raju7jagan Posted June 5, 2019 Report Share Posted June 5, 2019 I've been to Mexico this week for H1B extension visa stamping , got it done and on the way back , crossed the border by road. In the Border I-94 office, they detached i-94 from the First page of my I-797 and handed back to me the first page and passport with new I-94. They kept the second page of I-797 with them. I was under impression that they will have second page to themselves and left the office but later realized that it is not the case. Now that I don't have the second page of I-797 Original copy, Please let me know if that would be a problem to travel abroad. Quote Link to comment
