There are many blanks in the form should we fill all with N/A?

eg. if the number of children is 2 

should be write N/A in remaining sections for child 3 onwards or leave it blank?

same way for the questions leading to the next

for eg. 

If the answer is yes then yes/no

But if the answer is no , can we leave both unchecked for the leading question 

Like wise many other sections

previous employers and preparers etc. can we leave it blank or writer N/A in each if these are not applicable?
