Travel abroad on existing F1 visa (OPT EAD) while my H1B is picked in lottery but did not get th eapproval notice.

Hi,

I am a F1 student (Currently on OPT EAD) with a valid visa until April 2021. I currently have a full time Job and my employer filed for H1B (COS) this year (2019). My visa got picked in the lottery but I did not yet receive any RFE or approval notice from USCIS. 

I would like to travel to India in the month of August 2019 and return in same month.  Is it advisable to travel on my F1 visa and return on same F1 visa.

IF so what are PROS and CONS.
