Msafiri
According to USCIS website, I-693 submitted on or after 11/01/2018 and signed after applicant filed benefit application, retain evidentiary value through 2yrs from date of civil surgeon signature (but before USCIS finalizes adjudication.) I have seen a lot of comments online saying that you have to get the medical signed 60 days before the interview. I am not sure if I am missing something but I haven't seen any 60 day time limits for I-693 signed after I-485 was filed. This mean I can hold form I-693 for up to 2 yrs as long as it was signed after I-485 was filed and before final adjudication. Right? Just making sure I got it right. TIA. Quote Link to comment
