work2live123 Posted May 30, 2019 Report Share Posted May 30, 2019 Hi , I was working for client A In 2017 till July 2018, with LCA having Client A address and information. then moved to Client B (within 25 miles) and worked from July 2018 till May 2019 No LCA/ amendment while moving to client B as both client sites fall within same MSA. No employer change or role change . Now I am going back to Client A, starting June 2019, do I need to make any LCA update or amendment? My Current LCA already reflect Client A addresses from the year 2017. Can someone advise please let me know if any clarification Quote Link to comment
