In our company we consider 45 hr/wk as full time, but for personal/health reasons I've decided to go part time to 35hr/wk for ~3 months, and would take a pay cut accordingly. Do I need a H1B amendment filed before doing this? I know there is some language around how full time for H1b is never less than 35hr/wk, so curious if that means I'm still working 'full time'.
