Options if H1b Amendment denied for new location

I’ve approved petition Mar 2022. Now going to file amendment for new location. 
Please let me know suppose in case now amendment is denied, in this case can I go back to my previous approved petition and start working from there.

Hi I am in same boat. My amendment is in process. and previoulsy approved petition is valid. but when I checked with my employer either you can go back to previous client and location. and if you cant go back then leave country. Let me know if you find answer as well.
