H1B revoked , What are the options?

Hi 

I  have been working  for company A  for 2 years in US  on H1B  .   and  recently my H1B gets revoked by USICS(have  i94  valid for additional 3 months)

Pease check the revocation reasons  below and let me know  Am I  cap exempt for H1b transfer, and What are the options I have ?

Title8 Code of Federal Regularities( 8CRF)section 414 established the following 
grounds of revocation

The director shall send to the petitioner a notice of intent to revoke the
petition in relevance part if he or she finds that

1. The beneficiary is no longer employed by the petition in the capacity
specified in the petition, or if the beneficiary is no longer receiving
training as specified in the petition.

2.The statement of facts contained in the petition or on the application for a temporary labor certification was not true and correct, inaccurate, fraudulent 
or misrepresented  a material fact or.

3. The petition violated the term and conditions of the approved petition or

4. The petition violated requirements of the section 101(a)(15)(H) of the act of paragraph ( h) of the section.

5) The approval of the petition violated paragraph(h) of the section or involved gross error.
