somename Posted May 23, 2019 Report Posted May 23, 2019 Hi, my h1 transfer filed on May 6th -receipt arrived on May 8th and the approval came on May 16 in Premium Processing. So total of 7 days hope it helps.

chintu1374 Posted May 24, 2019 Author Report Posted May 24, 2019 So, turns out I received the receipt on 21st i.e. 8 days after sending the mail which IMO is surprising Now the clock should end on 06/05.

Receipt date is 05/21 and today 06/06 after more than 15 calendar days there is no update on my petition. My attorney has not received any update either. It is with Vermont Service Center. Anybody else facing issues with premium processing taking more than the stipulated 15 calendar days?

Dreamer01 Posted June 18, 2019 Report Posted June 18, 2019 My Premium transfer Case : Applied in premium - April 28 RFE received - May 10 RFE replied received by USCIS california center - May 30 No Status change, still in RFE status . No Decision given. frustrating situation . Has anyone experience such situation.
