Steps & Documents for Counselor Processing

Hi, My EB2 PERM labor petition is approved and PD (Feb 2009) is current. I continue to work with the same employer who initiated my GC process. Currently since last 2 years I am in India and would like to know what are the next steps on getting my GC

I am pretty noob and request to share what are the next steps and documents required to process (as my PD is current now) Green card from India.
